Oh well, 35 years of kayaking, rescuing animals (coyotes, raccoons, deer), and injuries from Hurricane Katrina cleanup is enough.
The good news is that soon I'll be in the Good Shepherd's New Creation with a new body that won't wear out - hope you're there :-)

- This amazing true life story demonstrated the God-given loyalty of geese, not only for mates, but even for offspring born disabled. Stubby's parents stayed with him from birth, 24 hrs / 7 days a week, for two years. They refused to migrate with their flock, staying with their son to protect him. He was eventually injured by a car while waddling across a road, but we rescued him by kayak from a pond as he began to drown. Vets saved his life, yet he lost his right eye. He now lives with a wildlife rehabilitator as an ambassador for wildlife and disability education.
