Dr. Lee Spetner of Johns Hopkins University has written a fascinating book called, Not By Chance: Shattering the Modern Theory about Evolution, that is a must read for anyone interested in scientific challenges to neo-Darwinian theory: 

"I have shown in my book that the broad sweep of evolution cannot be based on random mutations. I have shown it on both theoretical and experimental grounds. On theoretical grounds, I have shown that the probability is just too small for random mutations to lead to a new species. On experimental grounds, I have shown that there are no known random mutations that have added any genetic information to the organism. I go through a list of the best examples of mutations offered by evolutionists and show that each of them loses genetic information rather than gains it. One of the examples that where information is lost is the one often trotted out by evolutionists nowadays in an attempt to convince the public of the truth of evolution. That is the evolution of bacterial resistance to antibiotics."

The point in mentioning this non-Christian resource is to show that our claim that racism often goes hand in hand with evolutionary theory is not just a "Christian", "anti-evolutionist" accusation.

    Please remember, ideas have consequences and beliefs (roots) produce actions (fruit). From the first lie in the garden of Eden - "you shall be like god" - through the tower of Babylon, Hinduism, Theosophy, Mormonism, and modern philosophers like Haeckel, Heidegger, Malthus, Nietzsche, Darwin, Jung, Hitler, Stalin, Fromm, Maslow, Margaret Sanger et. al., this self-deifying theory has produced the rotten fruit of eugenics, abortion, euthanasia, and even genocide. After all, survival of the fittest, the powerful eliminating the weak, is the core virtue of evolutionary belief. And the theory's most insidious impact has not simply been in the field of biology, but in the realms of psychology and social transformation.

    Please note the following quotes from a textbook on the history of psychology, A HISTORY OF MODERN PSYCHOLOGY, by Duane Schultz, (1981, Harcourt Brace Jovanovich, Inc.) in a ten page section entitled: THE EVOLUTION REVOLUTION: CHARLES DARWIN (1809-1882). (Emphasis added)

"Charles Darwin's On the Origin of Species by Means of Natural Selection, published in 1859, is considered one of the most important books in the history of Western civilization. The theory of evolution presented in this work freed scholars from constraining traditions and superstitions and ushered in the era of maturity and respectability for the life sciences. The theory of evolution was also to have a tremendous impact on contemporary psychology. American psychology today owes its form and substance as much to the influence of evolutionary theory as to any other idea or individual." (p. 114)

"Above all, there was the growing influence of science. People were less content to base their knowledge of themselves and their world on what the Bible and ancient authorities had stated to be true. They were ready to put their faith in science." (p. 115)

"Darwin's work in the last quarter of the nineteenth century was a major force in shaping modern psychology. The theory raised the intriguing possibility of a continuity in mental functioning between animals and humans." (p. 120)

    Even though some modern evolutionists deplore racism, it is a documented historical fact that Darwin, his predecessors, and his followers taught that non-Caucasian races were a human subspecies. This Luciferic and sinful belief was widely practiced in the late 1800's and early 1900's. And it was the driving philosophy behind the rise of Hitler's eugenic plan for a master race. Evolutionists cannot escape the fact that the foundation, matrix, and ultimate goal of their theory is inseparably connected to "survival of the powerful at the expense of the weak".

     In fact, the subtitle of Darwin's book "The Origin of Species" mentions the "preservation of favored races". This reference included human races. Among the horrors that soon grew out of this philosophy of virtuous violence, thousands of Australian aborigines were killed for use as scientific specimens. Some evolutionists thought they might be the "missing link" (between apes and men).

     And now through genocidal public policies, United Nations resolutions, and genetic engineering, those in elite positions of power hope to stimulate a new "quantum evolutionary leap". They plan to re-create the human race in their own image. As global power and control become increasingly centralized, the evolutionary virtue of "survival of the strongest" is not good news for the men, women, and little children of the mass majority.

     Of course if mankind was inherently "good" and benevolent as the humanists and pagan pantheists wish, then centralized power would ensure utopia. But as we all know from 6,000 years of human history as well as the evening news, power corrupts and centralized power corrupts absolutely - because humans are self-serving sinners in rebellion against the Creator.

     Only through absolute submission (hypotasso) under the sovereign authority of God through Messiah Jesus (Yeshua ha mashiach), can the world of man ever hope to experience individual and global peace (1 Cor 15:1-28).
